COVID-19 Guidelines

Dear Steinway Eye Care Patients,

We hope you are all doing well and are safe during this Coronavirus outbreak. 

I am happy to announce that our office is open with a limited schedule. Using this form is the BEST way to schedule an appointment. New patients welcome.

If you are currently a contact lens patient and would like to order contact lenses please click here. New patients must have a valid prescription. Shipping fees have temporarily been waved. If your eyeglasses are broken and you need to purchase a new pair of eyeglasses please click here and leave detailed information as to what you need. New patients also welcome. We appreciate your supporting our office.

If you have a medical eye emergency, please try to visit the nearest emergency care center or emergency room or google – ophthalmologist near me. There maybe some doctors holding office hours. You may also contact us with some detailed information, and I will do my best to help you. Contacting our office does not guarantee a reply so if you are experiencing eye pain please contact an emergency care center or ophthalmologist as suggested.

We are doing our best to provide you with quality eye care services but you may experience some unexpected  wait times. Please be patient as we get back to our full schedule. All orders and or co-payments MUST be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Appointments are REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITS! We have implemented new office procedures to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. If you do have an appointment, we ask that you come alone or only with one caregiver if required. Our waiting area is closed. Children, friends, and family, will not be allowed into the office to wait for you. Please wear a mask or bandana when you visit. If you are wearing protective gloves, you will be required you take them off once you are in the office so bring an additional pair or reuse the gloves you came with.
